Constructed between 1895 and 1907, the building was designed in the Neo-Renaissance style by Czech architect Antonín Kolář and completed by Bulgarian architect Nikola Lazarov.
The club has three stories and features a coffeehouse, an art gallery, and several refined halls of varying sizes. Its concert hall, renowned for its remarkable acoustics and elegant décor, accommodates up to 1000 spectators.
